Wan Tou Chang Hong Service Agreement

The “Wan Tou Chang Hong Service Agreement” (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Shanghai Wan Tou Chang Hong Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Wan Tou Chang Hong”) and you.
1. All related rights involved in the services provided by Wan Tou Chang Hong belong to Wan Tou Chang Hong, including but not limited to software services, quotation/market data systems, order/entrustment trading systems, website information, SMS services, apps, etc. Once you complete the registration process, you confirm and accept all terms of this Agreement and agree to comply with the service terms and relevant operating rules.
2. Before accepting the services of Wan Tou Chang Hong, you must confirm that the services are provided via the mobile Internet, and you shall bear the costs related to Internet access and the services.
3. To protect your lawful rights and interests, you must provide true, lawful, complete, and accurate personal identity information, and update it in a timely manner based on actual circumstances. If the state adjusts laws and regulations regarding user registration information, you shall update your registration information or complete the required procedures accordingly. Otherwise, Wan Tou Chang Hong may terminate this Agreement and the services.
4. After registering successfully with your mobile number and personal identity information, you will obtain an account and password, which you shall update, keep, and manage at your own discretion and assume full responsibility for. You fully understand that this account can be used to log in to Wan Tou Chang Hong and its affiliates. Wan Tou Chang Hong reminds you to promptly store and back up your information (including registration information, password, and account), keep it properly, and prevent theft or leakage to avoid losses.
5. Wan Tou Chang Hong will identify you based on your registration information to assist with matters such as password recovery and service complaints. If your password or account is stolen, you shall notify Wan Tou Chang Hong immediately and provide lawful and valid identification documents and the registration information used on Wan Tou Chang Hong, so that Wan Tou Chang Hong can provide reasonable assistance in a timely manner. Meanwhile, you should report the case to the competent authorities or file a complaint to safeguard your lawful rights and interests.
6. Wan Tou Chang Hong reminds you that any successful login using the correct bound mobile number, password, and account will be deemed as your own login to Wan Tou Chang Hong and its affiliates. Any consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and Wan Tou Chang Hong shall bear no liability.
6.1. When you use the Wan Tou Chang Hong mini program "Bind WeChat ID" feature, you must confirm that you are binding your own WeChat account and must not use someone else's WeChat account. Wan Tou Chang Hong will explain in the Wan Tou Chang Hong Privacy Policy the purpose, method, and use of collecting WeChat identifier information (such as OpenID); we will collect and use such information for WeChat Pay and account security verification only after you actively tap "Confirm Binding" and give explicit consent. Any consequences arising from binding a non-personal WeChat account or account leakage shall be borne by you.
7. In accordance with national laws and regulations, Wan Tou Chang Hong will protect your registration information in a reasonable and prudent manner and will not disclose it or provide it to any third party, except in the following circumstances: at your request; as required by laws and regulations; or as required by judicial authorities.
8. Respecting your privacy is a fundamental policy of Wan Tou Chang Hong. Please refer to the “Wan Tou Chang Hong Privacy Policy”.
9. In response to laws and regulations, competent government authorities, industry self-regulatory associations, or other needs, the subject entities of Wan Tou Chang Hong and its affiliates and/or the service terms may change. In such cases, Wan Tou Chang Hong will provide prompts on relevant pages. If you accept the changes, click the “Agree” button; if you do not click, it will be deemed that you have terminated the service terms.
10. Pursuing excellent product performance and providing a better service experience has always been the mission of Wan Tou Chang Hong. Wan Tou Chang Hong will continuously update its products and/or services based on actual conditions. Meanwhile, for system stability, Wan Tou Chang Hong will perform system maintenance at appropriate times. You acknowledge that Wan Tou Chang Hong has the right to perform updates and maintenance without prior notice.
11. Wan Tou Chang Hong does not provide any promise, commitment, or guarantee to you. If you find that any department or employee of Wan Tou Chang Hong makes any form of promise or guarantee to you, you shall file a complaint via the complaint hotline and email address disclosed on the official website of Wan Tou Chang Hong (https://www.werich.space/). Wan Tou Chang Hong reminds you that its products and services are subject to the terms agreed in this Agreement, product manuals, and publicly disclosed information on the official website. Any promise or guarantee made by any department or employee beyond this scope is invalid; Wan Tou Chang Hong prohibits any association between employees and user returns.
12. The products and services provided by Wan Tou Chang Hong are essentially a “tool”. Your use of this “tool” does not mean that Wan Tou Chang Hong guarantees profit or no loss. “Markets involve risks; investment requires prudence.” Wan Tou Chang Hong respectfully reminds you to invest rationally.
13. Due to the nature of the mobile Internet (including but not limited to network congestion, computer virus infection, hacker attacks, system downtime, equipment/facility failures, etc.), as well as force majeure and accidental events, Wan Tou Chang Hong does not guarantee that the services will always be smooth and uninterrupted. Wan Tou Chang Hong will make best efforts to safeguard your interests, maintain its product/service image, and provide the maximum possible remedies.
14. Wan Tou Chang Hong reminds you that the mobile Internet is not a pure land. Crimes and behaviors that harm user interests objectively exist. Please choose relevant applications carefully and protect your privacy to avoid affecting Wan Tou Chang Hong’s products and services.
15. You shall not use Wan Tou Chang Hong products and services to disrupt Wan Tou Chang Hong’s normal operations, infringe the lawful rights and interests of other users or any third party, or engage in any acts that violate national laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
Violating the basic principles established by the Constitution; endangering national security, divulging state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity; damaging national honor or interests; inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity; undermining state religious policies, promoting cults or feudal superstition; spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability; spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or instigating crime; insulting or defaming others, infringing others’ lawful rights and interests; inciting illegal assembly, association, procession, demonstration, or gathering crowds to disrupt social order; conducting activities in the name of illegal civil organizations; publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content prohibited by national laws and regulations; publishing, transmitting, disseminating, or storing content that infringes others’ rights such as reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets; involving others’ privacy, personal information, or data; publishing, transmitting, or disseminating harassment, advertisements, excessive marketing, spam, or any content containing sexual or sexually suggestive implications; failing to comply with the “seven bottom lines” requirements regarding compliance with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens’ lawful interests, public order, social morality, and the authenticity of information as required by relevant regulations on public information services for instant messaging tools; and other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
16. You shall use Wan Tou Chang Hong products and services reasonably and respect the rights of Wan Tou Chang Hong and other copyright holders, and you shall not engage in any of the following acts:
Deleting copyright information; reverse engineering, reverse assembling, reverse compiling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the software; authorizing others to use, renting, lending, copying, modifying, linking, reposting, compiling, publishing, issuing, or establishing mirror sites; copying, modifying, adding, deleting, mounting, running, or creating any derivative works of the software itself or data released to any terminal memory during operation, interaction data between the client and server during operation, or system data necessary for the software to run, including but not limited to using plug-ins, add-ons, or third-party tools/services not authorized by Wan Tou Chang Hong to access the software and related systems; altering or forging instructions/data during operation to add, reduce, or change the functions or effects of the software, or operating or publicly disseminating software/methods for such purposes, whether or not for commercial purposes; logging in to or using Wan Tou Chang Hong software and services through third-party software, plug-ins, add-ons, or systems not developed/authorized by Wan Tou Chang Hong, or creating, publishing, or disseminating such tools; interfering with the software and its components/modules/data by yourself or by authorizing others/third-party software; and other acts not expressly authorized by Wan Tou Chang Hong.
17. Wan Tou Chang Hong reminds you to maintain independent, sober, and objective judgment regarding statements, information or links, and other content published by third parties on the platform, and do not be deceived. If necessary, you may consult professionals, complain to Wan Tou Chang Hong, or report to regulatory authorities.
18. You shall be responsible for your own statements and actions and bear the legal consequences arising therefrom. You shall properly keep your account and password to prevent malicious logins by others for illegal activities.
19. If Wan Tou Chang Hong’s platform allows users to publish information, users are reminded to comply with relevant laws and must not mix in advertising, promotion, publicity, planning, hype, or similar content; otherwise, Wan Tou Chang Hong has the right to delete such content directly and restrict the offending user’s access.
20. If you violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement, Wan Tou Chang Hong has the right to take measures depending on the severity of the circumstances, including warnings, deletion, ordering corrections, restricting use, terminating the Agreement and services, etc. If losses are caused to Wan Tou Chang Hong, Wan Tou Chang Hong has the right to seek compensation from you and require you to bear all reasonable expenses arising therefrom, including litigation fees, notarization fees, printing/copying fees, announcement fees, appraisal fees, auction fees, enforcement fees, attorney’s fees, etc.
21. Given the nature of the mobile Internet, you agree that Wan Tou Chang Hong may deliver relevant notices and commercial information via methods in line with mobile Internet trends, such as website announcements (https://www.werich.space/), SMS, email, and push notifications. You hereby authorize Wan Tou Chang Hong to make return/verification calls to the phone number you reserved.

23. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly consultation by both parties. If consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the domicile of Wan Tou Chang Hong (Qingpu District, Shanghai) for adjudication.

25. This Agreement shall take effect after you click the “Agree” button.
